Place Post title before Blog title on Browser Tab

We are all always willing to list our website first in search engines.Now I provide here a way to optimize your blog, if you have a blog check that when you read any one of the post from your posts, whether yoru post heading is showing on the tab before your blog name(not on address bar),and this you can also check from google by listing any of the post heading in google there your can check your post head line appears on the google.
Log in to your blogger account and Go to, Template » Edit HTML 

and search for

 <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>

And replace it with the code above.
