Yes you can  Recover your Corrupted MMC card via connecting it to you PC.
You need a Card reader and follow the Steps given below.

1. First of all you want to insert your Corrupted MMC Card into the reader.
2. Find out the Drive in which you have put the MMC.
3. Right Click on the Drive and select Format option.
4. In the File system selection Section ,Select the file system FAT But not  FAT 32 OR NTFS FILE SYSTEM.
5. Start Formating.
