They told me that it was a technical issue happened to their system on that flash sale, and it is an isolated issue and regret for the problem caused, and they assured me they will give that extra money (RS 1000) back, but not by cash, but by a Amazon Gift Card. It's because they don't have an policy/ option for a partial refunding. After 2 days of placing the order they also sent me a mail as below.
