I found a solution for Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch Error in Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop, Windows 7 64 bit. I have been trapped up by this error, I couldn't install the Dell Wireless 1703/1705 WiFi + Bluetooth Driver. I tried many versions, but all the time I got an error message saying Activate Bluethooth Using Wireless Switch. I tried enabling and Bluetooth using Fn+F2 key, but nothing helped me. Finally I got the correct Driver for my Laptop.

      If you are not getting much backup, then it might be the problem of weak battery. If you are getting backup on that battery, then it might be any hardware issue. You better consult a laptop repairing center. Thanks
