I found a solution for Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch Error in Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop, Windows 7 64 bit. I have been trapped up by this error, I couldn't install the Dell Wireless 1703/1705 WiFi + Bluetooth Driver. I tried many versions, but all the time I got an error message saying Activate Bluethooth Using Wireless Switch. I tried enabling and Bluetooth using Fn+F2 key, but nothing helped me. Finally I got the correct Driver for my Laptop.
